Welcome to ImPulse. By using and purchasing from ImPulse, you are accepting and consenting to the following Terms and Conditions.
This agreement is effective as of 29 November, 2012 for current and new users of the site. Your agreement is validated upon the submission of your order on our Google Docs Order Form.
ImPulse reserves the right to modify and update the following Terms & Conditions at any point of time. Continued use of our website and services shall signify your agreement to be bound by these terms.
Pricing Policy
All prices stated on our website are in Singapore Dollars SGD$. All payments will have to be made in Singapore Dollars SGD$. Prices stated on our website are inclusive of Singapore Goods and Services (GST) taxes.
​Defective Goods​
Electronic goods are classified as faulty if they malfunction. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please note that exchanges will be made only for the same product of the same design, subject to availability.
Colour Accuracy
ImPulse puts in the extra effort to display the colours of our items on our website as accurately as possible. However, please note that we cannot guarantee that the representation of any colour on your computer’s monitor will be accurate.​
​Exchanges and Refunds​
All items purchased off our website are considered final sale. Items purchased are non-exchangeable and non-refundable with the exception of defect electronic devices or incorrect order received.
In the event that a defective electronic device or incorrect order has been received, you will be required to contact and notify us of the issue within 24 hours from the collection of your order. ImPulse will fully reimburse the postage costs incurred by you for returns that are solely due to our oversight. Other costs will be reimbursed as deemed fit after further evaluation by ImPulse.
Items are to be returned within 5 days after notifying ImPulse of the defects or errors. Items must be returned in their original packaging or form to ensure that they are adequately protected in transit. Items are to be returned new and unused wherever applicable.
Refunds will be made in cash only.​​
