All items are sold on a “pay first” basis and are subject to acceptance and availability.
Items in your order are not validated until payment has been successfully processed, and may still be purchased by other customers. The completion of orders is upon the customer receiving the order. Please note that before your order’s completion, there may be changes in your order due to factors such as stock discrepancies and unavailability.
Orders
Payment
Customers are able to opt for payment via cash or bank transfer. All payments are to be made within 48 hours of receiving an order confirmation email from ImPulse.
Delivery
Delivery options available are face-to-face collection at Ngee Ann Polytechnic or customer-specified MRT station and postage. All items will undergo a quality check to ensure there are no defects.
For orders that opt for collection at Ngee Ann Polytechnic or specific MRT stations, we aim to process and deliver the order within 72 hours of confirmation.
All orders that opt for postage are dispatched via Singpost. Orders for the week will be sent every Monday, and may take up to 7 days for delivery.
All postage fees will be incurred by customers and are as follows:
• Postal : Additional $1.50
• Registered Postal: Additional $3.70
Registered postage will include tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery.
In the event that the order is returned to us due to error in delivery information as provided by the customer, or failure to collect within the stipulated timeframe as indicated by the postal service, a delivery fee of the postage charge would be incurred and payable by the customer.
In the rare occurrence that your order is damaged or is delayed/lost in the mailing process, we will take each case into deliberation and proceed further with investigation with the involved postal service provider.
